Made my regular weekly trip to town yesterday. Was able to get everything on the shopping list except for :- Metho, Oats, Rice, pasta, bread mix, hand soap, hand sanitiser, bleach, paper towels.
I did get a pack of 10 toilet paper, purely by luck, when Coles wheeled a pallet of the stuff in just before I got to the checkout. Even managed to get potatoes, plenty of meat, including what was after at Aldi, and all the bread I needed.
My freezer is now packed tight, my refrigerator is near full, the walk-in pantry is looking crowded. I am not planning to go to town for a fortnight now, maybe longer - we'll see how bad things look by then.

Sounds like you have enough for a month or 2!
Many years ago we shopped monthly because I was paid monthly, and that was with kids too. I'm now paid annually but shop weekly, although some items in the pantry can get lost for a year or 2. Use-by date of last year is OK but the year before is stretching it.

I've ordered up a few things for the Perentie and some home brew stuff to keep me entertained. Also have a coolant leak in the Disco, oil change on the other halfs Kia and my ute needs new front brakes and a service. Plenty to keep me going!
I’ve dropped a heap of parts to the powder coaters and will collect this week. He’s a one man show so will keep working.
Once that all comes back I’ll have a motorcycle to reassemble.
May even get some of the little jobs finished on the Landrovers that I’ve been ignoring.
Currently Victoria’s borders aren’t closed, so you should be ok to drive to the NSW/Qld border where you should be allowed to go home straight into self isolation for 2 weeks - no stopping at shops on the way, so you might want to shop before getting to the Qld border, or get some friends to do a shoo for you and drop it at the front door. All the best and safe travels.

Seriously, there are still a lot of mainland people wandering around Tassie who haven't left yet.
Most of the people in the caravans at Arthur River the other day were from the mainland. While some had advanced their return dates, others were planning to delay their return and wait it out down here. Tassie is one of the safest places to be right now.
One of the problems is it is being said the authorities won't accept a caravan as an isolation address right now and want people to rent apartments or houses. That seems dumb to me.
One of the families in a van pictured has been on the road for 18 months, the husband has a full-time online job with an insurance company and this is their home, they have no other address.
Whats the point of forcing them into a residential building? They can book into a national park for $50 a week here and be very isolated.
As the PM said, lets use our commonsense.
