They say he was already positive, without symptoms. Usually takes several days after infection before symptoms appear, although some people never show symptoms when positive.

And if he had STFAH instead of joining some pathetic mob there wouldn’t be any further risk.

Instead everywhere he went, everything/one he touched or breathed upon is now at risk and therefore able to pass this virus back amongst the community.
