Women were able to "dabble"/participate in the War Effort as Aircraft Ferry Pilots (from the smallest to the big 4 engine jobs, Lancaster, Stirlings, Halifax etc) & did one helluva good job. If you play your cards right you might be able to Ferry M1A1s around the world. Unarmed of course.:rulez:

8 years between these photos!!! The day picked up the Disco (is its old owner still on this forum?) and when washed it the other day. Few battle scars from fights with kangaroos, still the same headlight with a hole in it that it came with haha.
