Until then you'll have to take public transport like this lovely story about a pooch in Istanbul...Why this commuting dog is becoming a global superstar (nypost.com)

You dont have to resit your drivers test, just have to show you are safe with the new controls. So it is similar to sitting your first drivers test but a bit different in we already know the road rules etc. Ill have 6 lessons before that I think. The Disco had to pass a regency inspection as well and have the modifications all signed off as well and they check roadworthiness. That was done yesterday. It comes home on Friday, I am glad to live on acerage so can drive it around home before I am legal on the roads again. As a disabled driver I have to pass regular medicals, both doc appointment and then actual driving assessments as well. Ive had to do this for many years now.
Just think of all the practice you accumulate & I bet you are a lot more proficient than most of the Numpties that have been "taught" by some of those 3rd party Driving Skool instructors.
They don't even drive in the Hills as part of their tuition, or so it would appear going on their reactions when they come to a curve in the road & can't find the brake pedal in a hurry. Note I said Curve, not a Hairpin Bend. And why don't they teach drivers the art of selecting a lower gear when descending steep hills? Even an Auto requires a bit of Engine Braking at times. We quite often follow Mums & Dads down Greenhill Road with the brake lights on continuously. Drop it down a cog & it is much calmer. The MAZDA has got 6 "gears"
Some of those Blokes (always a Male I notice) are really **** & a disgrace when driving privately in a sign written vehicles denoting their trade.. Good example? What good example?
We won't even mention a slight mist, mist, not Fog.
Btw if you ask Steam Ranger nicely they might even put a Spur Line & a Terminus in to your gaff for you. You can't be all that far from the Victor Main Line. Just remember a Coach to yourself means you could probably sub-let most of it & pocket the earnings.

Woohoo!! Friday, your own personal 'Freedom day'...
Best that I stop whinging about my annual medical assessment for my MC truck license. Even though the company pays for it, they seem to always book it to occur on my days off.
We don't even have MOT/ RWC checks over here. The only time we have a vehicle inspection here is if the cops give you a unroadworthy sticker or you are re-registering a vehicle ( like a vehicle imported from another state).![]()
