I have been meaning to post this for a few weeks. James Cragg passed away. Aged 92. Born Winton and lived there most of his life. He retired to the Gold Coast some years ago. Jim was the proprietor of Diamantina Transport and operated in the rough going of Central & Western Queensland in the 50's-60's. Jim was noted for being a bit careful with his brass and was known far and wide as "Hungry" Cragg. He operated a few Albion Buffalo back in the day when the Buff was the biggest rig. He was brother-in-law to Len Shaw of Shaw's Transport, Winton. Better known as Sheep**** Shaw the Sheep Shifter.
