DO YOU ACTUALLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON PURCHASES?

Heather went to a TAUBMANS paint store for some paint. She got a receipt and this was in the Terms Notation at the bottom.

They must cover themselves in case Terrorists go in to my paint, for which I assume a terrorist would honour and agree to the terms.

The receipt has to be kept in order that terrorists may receive a refund upon becoming aware of the T& C. I wonder if the terrorists would get a refund on specially tinted purchases.

Well then, my planned nuclear powered rocket missions to Mars to propagate various biological and chemical applications upon said planet .. won't involve any PPG paint products.

    Good to know!

Not necessarily. As I read those terms, all you have to do is to notify PPG of your intent to "blah blah Mars etc".

Maybe there's technical reasons on the durability of their products under conditions such as nuclear missions.
Maybe not up to the task of providing their stated warranty/guaranteed claims or something.

I can just imagine a terrorist planning a nuclear device .. "hmm what colour to paint it? ... maybe a nice chartreuse, with a touch of that antiquey distresses look"

From the dim dark recess of my failing memory, there was 'someone' who did up a similar T&Cs, no -one realized that they needed to sacrifice their First-born, sell other family members into slavery and a host of other unusual conditions.
    Took months before anyone noticed....

To be honest, I don't read them at all.... gave up after trying to comprehend Windows EULA. I think it said.... 'It is not warranted to actually work, maybe just look impressive - bonus to you if it does !'

And you'd better read this before your next 'flu shot... all 28 pages of it.

Recently made a purchase at Total Tools, within the conditions printed on the receipt is a prohibition on on-selling the goods.
