We were staying at the Omeo Caravan Park for the Australia Day long weekend and there were LOTS of Bushmasters there. 3 CER and 3CSR along with a PNG contingent were there doing reconstruction and clearing work after the fires. The Busmasters were being used in a variety of roles - carting gear, an ambulance, personel carriers, comms repeaters, mobile phone base stations as the Telstra and Optus infrastructure was a bit cooked. They were even being used as bulldozers to knock dangeroust trees over along the roads over.

The ADF had some impressive machinery and about 190 people there for a few months.
