The Hoodoo Gurus - I Have never been anywhere that they have been playing, which I find astounding
ZZ Top - again, they've been here a few times but I've never got motivated
Sammy Hagar was touring at the same time as Van Halen were, we picked the wrong concert to go to..........

    Pickles.
Booked to see George Benson, but He's "postponed" at this time! Just remembered, we did see Sherbert, at the Council Club Hotel, Preston, on their "Farewell Tour",...loudest music I've ever heard, our ears were "ringing" when we walked outside at the end, a couple of the boys had fags stuck into the end of their guitars, and they were drinking!!..GREAT show though!

Yep, I missed them too, through my own fault. My biggest 'Miss' was Nick Cave when I was in France a few years ago. I translated the flyer incorrectly!

Pickles mentioned another group whom I missed live. Thorpey and the Aztecs would have been a hoot, I reckon. Working outside regional centres did have one or two drawbacks.
