The government one doesn’t appear to be compatible - I’m running it on my iPhone but the new apple thingy won’t work with that - says I need an approved app, so not sure if it’s even been designed to work over here.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

Appears the ap has not identified a single person who had not already been identified by manual contact tracing.

To be fair, it's probably too early to say if the ap is a success or not.

Its great to see this app working soooo well . Has not been much use in the Melbourne outbreak at a time where manual tracking has been stretched to its limit.

Apparently it has identified some contacts, but they had already been manually traced.

By persisting with COVIDSAFE, we risk missing out on globally trusted contact tracing . COVID SAFE was put together in a hurry out of necessity. If a better system is out there, it should be at least, considered.

Is this true? It actually doesn't work? That can't be right.

Mine says it is active and no further action is required, but I can't find any way to check what information it is holding.
