John, I'm aware that Mario is struggling at the moment. I always stress to Mario and Heather, when l place an order, that it can be done at their convenience. The delivery is still prompt.
There a any number of retailers supplying Land Rover parts, but none that can compete with Roverlord Off Road Spares, for service, value or quality. Roverlord is always my first go to business for Land Rover parts.

Yep, I know you know, Ian. I have recommended Roverlord to OS people. I don't know if that ever connected.

Thing is, Mario and Heather live 5 mins from me, and I would help them in any way I can, and they NEVER ASK. They do what they do.... They help folk wherever those folk are. I personally doubt that there are better people on this place.

I am sending Mario and Heather both gentle hugs and hoping Mario is ok. (I have seen the NDIS struggles post ) the worst things always seem to happen to the nicest, kindest people

I went fishing once. On the Hawkesbury. Caught a catfish. In 1974. That was enough to say 'been there, done that'.

What I am a bit puzzled about is that none of the stuff mentioned has a direct effect on the steering instability that Epic Dragon needs fixed.

Was the mechanic tasked with examining the various bushes and steering links that could affect this?

It would be hopeless if all these things took the funds and she still has a problem with the steering instability.

The dodgy left wheel bearing seems to be the only steering related problem.

Im no expert , but wouldnt the low pressure power steering hose that has rubbed thru on the block have direct effect on the steering ?


Throw in the wheel bearing and possible the shocks moving in the mounts ( if that actually means much ) and it could all contribute to the fault.

Reading the link posted in the first post , It say's most of the bushes etc had already been checked .
