A bit further wesr Des, from Redbank to Rosewood, but they're all mined out now. The last mine, on Ipswich Rosewood Rd, recently closed.

I suspect Ian's excuse will be something like "I ain't home long enough between trips to clean up my backyard".

Willowong is for tox, Dennis; the ones around New Chum/Dinmore are ordinarily landfill. There was nothing wrong with taking Sydney rubbish, it was only filling holes that can't be built on beyond the foreseeable future.

And they eventually changed the high schools name From Inala to Glenala SHS,in about 1995.

And it merged with Richlands high from memory.

The "upmarket", locality full of postage stamp sized blocks, called Forest Lake is often referred to as Inala Heights.

Epic, you may want to call ahead & check that your battery is available & in stock.

I have been let down by suppliers over the years & that "Someone has just just beaten you to the draw". The supplier then says "If you had only let me know yada yada yada I could have got one up today for you". Only takes a phone call.

I never went to Inala High. It started up the year after I had started HS and grew year by year. My sisters went there. I went to Salisbury State High School and I was always a year ahead of Inala. What annoyed my twin sister was that when we moved to QLD, I was put up a year over her. I skipped a year so I finished 6th Form (Year 12 for you younger blokes) when I was still 16. I turned 17 the following year on the day I started working for OTC (Overseas Telecommunications Commission) as a trainee radio technician.
