    Medical Products - for Plasma Donation

    Tried to re-book an appointment to donate plasma today Medical Products - for Plasma Donation

    Was told they have had to scale back plasma donations as the product that is added to the saline is in short supply. Try giggling what the additive is without luck. The lady did mention it but I cannot remember.

    Not all is lost as they still need whole blood, I’m book for whole blood tomorrow.

    Miss informed slightly.

    There is a shortage of anticoagulant, it the other bag used in plasma donations.

    Apparently the regular shipment from Ireland has been delayed or the freight miss cutoff for loading.

    I contributed is the spike in donors, donating blood was classed trip therefore many took advantage.
