The old gallery pics

Dave i've gone into the old ssite but the gallery seems to be missing:eek:

Yep would be REAL nice if we could upload pix from an Internet site - this way transfering all my old pix would be much easier!!!

i have no idea, i havent had a chance to look into it, does it give you the option in your dialog box when going to ad a pic? i dont think so...

i will have to dig deeper into the options available to members

i can do a bulk upload BUT

you need to be able to tell me what directory they come from on the old site

eg album21 or myoldlandy you can find this by right clicking on the pic and then looking at the properties. it will be something like

Code:

---

/albums/album21/picname.jpg

---

but that means uploading 4+ gig to the site.... not a trivial task

i just altered a couple of things so see what options are available to you know in the upload pics section of your area

Down the bottom of the upload photos page there is an extra options page where it says to download all images from a URL. Would that help Vlad ?

If you put the URL of your pic, it grabs it and goes to the confirmation page.
