Go get hum NavyDiver. When you do surely you know of a deep pier somewhere.....Perhaps keep an eye on Gumtree too.
Love you gents to look and share this gent who nicked my bike. I rode to the pool with my crutches on my back. Think a bald skinny teenage ninja turtle and chuckle at the image. Not at all happy after the therapy pool to find my well locked up bike gone.
The local Plumbers are all helping. He is wearing a Reece Plumbing tee shirt. I suspect he may live Eltham, Templestowe, Doncaster Vic but he may be further away.
Thanks to Mod V8Ian for advice prior to me posting. It is public. I really want to be in court if this gent goesRevenge is a dish best eaten cold

If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
Why is it 'Crime Stoppers' when it is always after the event?
Good luck with it, N.D.
That reminds me of what happened to my racing bike many moons ago when I was a keen young racer. Left it locked to a tree while I went into the swimming pool and while I was changing back into my clothes later heard them calling out for the owner of a Raleigh bike to come to the office. Not my bike so I took no notice.... but when I walked past the office sure enough there was my bike sans front wheel leaning against the wall!
The dickhead in the office couldn't work out what name was on the frame so assumed it was Raleigh when it was actually an Italian Fiorellie. The thieving scum had nicked the front wheel by simply opening the Campagnolo quick release lever and taking it out. Bastards.
I wheeled it round the nearby cop shop and tried to describe it to the front desk officer...... "Bloody hell" he said "Your wheel is worth more than my whole bike is".
And it was as my bike was made up of what then were the best bits you could buy. No store bought made up bike for me.
Anyway, some months later I got a visit from a copper who told me they'd found it in a shed belonging to a well known thieving barsteward and I got it back.
Hope you get your bike back, if you love it like I loved mine it really hurts when low life does that.
AlanH.
