I shaved mine off a few years ago. Had to camp on the nature strip until enough grew back that the blue dog would let me back in the yard!

The bloke I made the haircut pact with reckons he's going along just fine. Keeps the beard short but reckons he could sport a 'Man bun'.
I informed him that he would then be eligible to post in the Defender Section!

I can live without a haircut, or even a beard trim, up to a point but, the eyebrows are fairly giving me the nerps!

Ear, nose and eyebrow specialists are in short supply.

**** ME! Santa. NB. An exclamation not an invitation. (To VNX's photo.)<<<<

Don't talk to me about ****ing beards. Only this arvo I gave it a trim & bugger me, the little side lever to adjust the height broke allowing the edge to dig in & now look like Scarface Al Capone. Bloody Chinese crap! The rest of it is not too bad actually but the design dept let hem down badly. Fortunately, the Chinese Wahl that this one replaced has a very similar plastic lever & this one is a stronger, longer & better design so out of the woods now after swapping them over. Battery is on recharge now which when working properly, does seem to have a good life span.

Maybe they were both made by Wahl but branded differently?. Started my beard growing in 1977 but I do keep it trimmed so never had to worry about tripping over it.

I buzzed my beard off the other day. My mowie (good dose of bum fluff) was making an appearance when I was 15 yo, it has never been shaved. Lots of triming over that time
    cheers

Just do another on the other side symmetrical-like and then strut like you are setting the trend in self-cut beards - catch me if you can...
