Is five million quid enough to entice someone to dive with a nine inch angle grinder on an extension lead.? The danger of mixing two-forty volts and water needs to be emphasised.

Do you know that many good ones, Paul? Especially good fridgies, who can hold their breath.

One day they are going to have to do something about it but until then it is being left where it is as someone else’s problem in the future as they have yet to find one today

You used to be able to take a look as part of a Thames river cruise. Suppose if they are still going without the masts there will be nothing to see so will stop. Of course you still might want to see the Russian submarine that is rusting on the mud not far away

There is an Italian ship with a similar cargo sunk off a port in Africa on the Indian Ocean side. No one knows how to deal with that one either

tackle it the same way I do mechanicing...

"I dont know exactly what I'm doing but I do know doing this, that or that is bad so in theory so long as I dont do this, that or that we should be apples"

I mean, what the worst thing that could go right.

    I'm up for the effort.

For spelling call Rogets, for mechanicing call me.

They've been talking endlessly since the end of the war about "doing something" and nothing has ever been done. I would have thought leaving the masts on was a better indicator of what's beneath than a few marine buoys scattered around.
Anyway if it goes bang it'll mainly be "Cabbage Island" (that's what we used to call the Isle of Sheppey) that'll take the big hit so it doesn't matter much.
