You people have got to me at last

I had to drive from Bris. to Newcastle on Wednesday last down the Pacific Highway and came back on Sunday. As I was driving I constantly found myself saying " Bloody Toymotor get over" and other complimentary stuff. The irony of it all was that I'm still stuck driving my Commode - I guess I was subconciously driving the D3 I shortly hope to have.

BTW on all that trip I saw only 1 d3 and that was on the M1 heading to Bris from the GC - plate ### IDE I think - I waved at the bastard but all I got was a look as though I had two heads - Bloody Landrover Drivers

Of course they would think you had two heads because you were driving a dunnydoor and waving at them. The D3 driver was thinking you were having a go at them because they're in one of those urban monsters called 4WD's and have no right to be on the road.

I'm sorry, but I have to agree with PCH. If a person driving a comode on wheels waved at me i'd be wondering what I'd done wrong, do I know them etc.... A landie wave however is a mixture between a G'day and a flag down. Once you've recived your first you'll know ;>

If someone in a dunnydoor wave at me as they went passed, I’d spend the next half an hour scratching my head, trying to figure if it was someone I knew.

    Cheers
