Yesterday I went to my Neuro Physio appt and on the way I noticed the owner of the commercial premises car park. The owner was standing in the middle of the foot path talking to a gardening contractor. The path had a pile of prunings scattered across it. I stopped and she gave a dirty look, nothing was said by either of them. I couldn't go around them and I certainly was not going to detour by crossing the road which is not practical.
Then the gardener got his foot and started clearing the foot path for me. I preceded and got the remark from the gardener " That should make it easier for you" I replied , "Thank you."

On return from my appointment there was a mulching truck and chain saws were bearing and other trees in the car park were also getting hair cuts. I actually don't use the car park. As I past one of the tree surgeons commented to me " This should keep you happy.

You can't be a landlord and keep racking in rent and never spend money , this owner has always been a bitch wholives out of the area and not liked in the community here..

I think I'm going to my eye on the place in the future, they have got my back up now.

hmmm , I wonder how they knew you had anything to do with it...or was the tree lopper guy noticing you and just being genuinely kind.

The council must have mentioned Wheel chair user , and I'm the only one in the neighborhood. My complaint was about vegetation blocking the foot path. Nothing to do with scrubs in the car park which may scratch cars . Maybe the council inspected the place and found issues>?

Did they have "workers "signs out ? Or "footpath closed."? If not your doing them a favour by avoiding a fine by not keeping path clear .
I get annoyed at crews when they expect your to slow down and give them room, but are too lazy to put up a sign "end roadworks".

nah no signs on footpath there were some witches hats in the carpark blocking vehicle access.. No big deal for me, just that I didn't like the dirty look from the owner when I had done nothing wrong.

well THe NDIS sent me another distressing email questioning the wheel Chair. Why do I need a walking stick holder on it. ( cause I use the stick for Balance when getting on and Off) Why headlights. ( DOH IT GETS DARK OUT SIDE, I DO WANT TO GO OUT IN OUT POORLY LIT NEIGHBORHOOD.) Bicycle lights are cheaper) They are fairly are questioning the use indoors ans a more suitable one could be found duel purpose. Why This and why that, Consdering it has to last at least 8 -0 10 years and I might need a hoist and this and that. I'm so over the red tape. Just put me in a Care home, that way I dont have to try to live independently any more. Its just they question Every thing wanting cheaper alternatives not what you actually need..

Headlights may cost a few bucks but a stick holder, why would they even ask the question. Maybe questionable if you were asking for a golf bag holder !FIRST DAY OUT ON THE NEW TRANSPORT
