    I read somewhere that she is the only person in the UK not required to have a driver's licence. Wonder if that is true?
    Could be fun if a walloper ever pulled her over for speeding.
    Cop: 'Licence please'.
    Queen: 'I don't need one.'
    Cop: 'Ha ha, I've heard that one before.'
    Queen: 'No, it's true. By.'

    She probably just takes Phil for a daily drive around the parks or grounds of Buck House. Anything outside on public roads I would assume is done by a chauffer with vehicles fully armoured. Too many nutters around these days.
