    Thumbs up Praise the Lord!

It passed. Though there was a mini drama. i don't know about other Defenders but on mine the serat belt regularly gets caught in the door when you go to close it. I got pinged for scuff marks. Had to race out and get new webbing installed.

But the saga is over and you can all go on with your lives.

    Thanks

    J

    runs bloody well too.

Yeah the seatbelt is ALWAYS getting stuck in the door latch in mine, too. It's a PITA and due to the non retracting nature of the seat belt retractors (or at least the very slow workings of same).

Good to hear it's on the road again. Don't smash it into anything.

The before and after pics (ie before the crash and after the repair) should be the same, shouldn't they ?!
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Here is the before and after pics. Look closely admire the handiwork of my mate who repaired the bullbar and saved me $1000. It was one severely twisted and gouged bull bar. Amazing what you can do with some chain, an enormous tree and a tractor.

    Running into rocks is easy

Getting the LR back on the road over the "Pits" is something else again.

Good to see a perfectly good Defender mobile.

Good stuff mate, i hate inspection time, i always stress about what they will fail it for and how much it will cost. Was yours a blue slip or a pink slip? Matt
