My old man's prefered drive and he's a used car dealer. Dual fuel's a bargain so it should cost the same as a 1.8lt car to run.

Passed it up, exterior had been repainted the interior was ok, it drove ok. But for the money it was too rich.

One thing I noticed on it was the quality of the interior door handles they must of used ****ty plastic to mould these from, they looked as if they came from a zc fairlaine not a nc fairlaine.

Now wheres Hiline and all his mates!

    G'day Rob,

If you're still in the market for a Fairlane, I have a real nice (inside and out) 1992 NC Fairlane 4.2.
It was the wifes car but due to health reasons she can no longer drive it. We've had it for three years and it's never missed a beat. It's on straight petrol but we don't think it's thirsty, even for us, a couple of pensioners. The only reason we're selling it is the wife can no longer drive it and I prefer my Disco for getting out the bush.
If you're interested, give me a call on 0414 073 968 or PM me, it really is a beaut car...even if it is a Ford and we are not asking a kings ransom for it...simply a fair price
