    Headlight rims

Does anybody know if these 7" rims were used on a Land Rover model? I do know that they are not a Series 1 part. Thank you

They look like the surrounds from a Jaguar maybe. But just a guess.

Bit hard to tell for sure, but they look like the surrounds fitted to most Australian built Landrovers (and many others) from about 1950 to 1970. They would fit any of the Series 1, Series 2, Series 2a that I have ever owned, as well as Holdens up to FC etc.

Thank you all for your answers. So they are just common run of the mill items, hardly worth the trouble putting them on e-bay.

Some one will buy them but what you get for them may not be worth the trouble mailing them. I would rather see them go to some one who needs them even if it was for free, than go to the tip, I know when I was building my Mini the only ones I could find were new ones on Ebay. As said above they will fit the S1's & 2"s if the buyer is not worried about the rivet counters.

I wouldn't mind giving them away, but the way Auspost is performing, there is absolutely no incentive to visit a post shop.

Mystery solved, all bets are off. I've just found the bowls that go with them. They may indeed have come off a S2 or early 2a. Thanks again.
