    Cooks Corner- The Food type

Love a good BBQ. Being stuck in Covid19 Lock down, I refrained from the Sour Dough despite making some bread and dampers

Hit Rock star status with the crew over the weekend so thought some of you might like it

I made a PHO with a few kilo of bones and a kilo of Beef Brisket. This was the recipe.

That was good. The Beef Brisket tip was the star the next day "Caramelised Vietnamese Shredded Beef"

The recipe is fantastic and I think it will work a treat when out camping with any slow cooked meat left overs. Busting to try it with some version and goat soon. "The idea with this recipe is to repurpose beef scraps after making stock and to transform it into something amazing"

I think it is. Full brownie points from the crew for this one

Thanks, ND. I'm always up for '...and now for something a little bit different' tucker!

I've had Pho whilst in Viet Nam but, after reading the recipe, I'll being getting Helen to do a refresher course on the several cooking classes she did over there.
