I presume you mean "northerner" as in Perth north western suburbs Gavin, not as a northerner as in from the north of the UK person commonly known as "aye oopers". However use wish to describe it I mean 2 rows of bricks wiv a gap between.....
And at the full price without club membership discount they get paid 355 bucks an hour which is more than an airline pilot.

One time I found a termite nest. I called a well advertised pest company and explained I found a nest and want someone to come out and treat it, and booked an appointment for treatment. The person came out had a look and agreed that yes I had termites and I need to book an appointment for him to come back and treat. He was told that he was suppose to be treating it on this visit but would not do it on that visit. He was not invited back and I got an independent pest inspector to come and do the job.

The regulations for pest inspectors has changed a lot over the past few years and according to a few of the older guys in the industry I have spoken too It really is not that hard to get your ticket now. Everything is pretty much done online now.

And he didn't move too far.
Price wouldn't have bothered me if it'd involved a bit more diligence and actual treatment not just a quick squirt with some stuff to kill spiders.... Don't forget this service was at a reduced price supposedly saving us 165 bucks!!!
Complete rip off and if that's their normal standard we won't be having them back at any time.

PS. My accent Gavin, has a touch more than "residual tones" thankyou.

That's odd. It doesn't show in your typing.

Both could be Flying Blind Arthur so that could be a fair wage.

Airline pilots are worth the brass they get paid but this dope certainly wasn't. But both Cookie and I in retrospect think I made mistake in telling him how much I do annually to deter termites etc around the place. I think this gave him the OK in his mind to do as little as he could thinking he'd get away with it.
Anyway, got my money back and I spent it on beer.......

family friend is a pest controller , says its easy to turn over $1000/day

he gives his clients "value for money" as he calls it , lots of spraying, lots of baits, thorough inspections , his clients are happy.

he buys his products from Bunnings , says its same as commercial suppliers but cheaper.

my neighbour is also a pest controller , but haven't spoken to him about it

I don't need it as my house is fully clay block and only timber is roof trusses and pergola built with 25yr guaranteed logs.
