    best uses for 4bee...

we used to clean our weapons with forby and some lubricant we called spunk oil or spoof oil.

    about a 1/4 of a piece as a pullthrough.

    shine your brass with it.

    spitty your boots with it.

Have to admit, the kit does look a bit old and well used. Still, at least it is useful, 'ay!

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

You are asking a Matelot? Probably in the bilges next to the golden rivet. Things that go bang belong to gunnery rates. [ Although they did try to bring us up to speed on the old patrol boats so we could carry out armed boarding's'. With varying degrees of success. I remember the time , during a boarding of a Taiwanese fishing boat, our 2nd 'tiff had a standoff with a fisherman, with the fisherman's knife at his throat, and the 2nd's 9 mm service pistol at the fisherman's head. A very nervous Nav. Ofiicer defused the situation, no doubt seeing his career going down the drain in his mind. An even more nervous 2nd hoped the fisherman didn't know the 9mm wasn't cocked. 2nd 'Tiff got the nickname ' Rambo' after that. And we all had a good laugh. ]

I've got some 4bee here somewhere from my service. We just called the oil CLP (cleaner, lubricant, protectant) had teflon in it, had to shake it up as it settled.

Thankfully I didn’t have to use 4bee on the tougher bits to clean, I’d just bin those and replace with new (gas plug and piston come to mind, always had plenty on hand)
