    LIFE'S LITTLE PLEASURES

    Got some Yarrra Valley Atlantis salmon Caviar as a Chrissy present from my neighbor.
    So one of life's little pleasures on salada crackers.

    I miss these from when in Japan, they used to be topped on sashimi .
    the pop in the mouth and their exquisite salty after taste on one's palate

    My favourite cafe when I lived in the bush did exquisite, fluffy scrambled eggs on sourdough topped with salmon roe.

    So bloody nice!
