    Bloody jeep drivers

dam jeep ran into my kia on a round a bout this afternoon

no great damage, but the plastic bumper on the drivers side front of the jeep left the last 60cm of the rear passenger side of the kia looking a tad darker than it usually is.

i was travelling east )left to right on the map) and he reckons i had no right to turn right and exit onto bestmann rd at that roundabout ....

    roundabout

then starts getting into me about not following the arrows on the roundabout... (there are none on that section of the roundabout, only on his side)

anyway after i pointed out the 15 vehicles that used the roundabout to turn exactly as i had while we were standing there , he decided to start with the "you didn't use a blinker" line... again untrue.. i know the corner and you would have to be mad not to...

    anyway we agreed to disagree...

will leave it to my insurance company...

That's why I have a dash cam now for these sort of people. It's cheap insurance and it's even better when you tell them after they have lied, that you have a dash cam and will give the footage to the policeBloody jeep driversBloody jeep drivers

Seems like Perth drivers are not the only ones confused about roundabouts. You need eyes all around the head here trying to keep an eye open for what idiot is trying to slip past in any way whey can or even go round from the wrong lane or completely round the things entirely in the wrong direction.
But it's not only the ordinary driver has problems with how or when to indicate but cop vehicle drivers as well. We live not far from the local police academy and the standard of driving isn't too pretty to watch at times.

Apart from traffic lights, the roundabout is the simplest traffic control system there is, so it's staggering how few people actually understand them.

    Don’t give that info away.

I know of a couple of cases where the owner was then “smacked” and their camera torn from the windscreen and taken.
