    Calling Dave “Blknight” B

    Howdy old mate

Not wanting to be a creeper but ....

    01:30UTC Caloundra (Master3 swimming lesson)
    Noticed issue attached image

    03:30UTC Harper Ck
Began dissemble of above issue with “help” of aforementioned Master3 and Miss1
    In a carport

06:00UTC performed test drive with nothing to report

-Yes there was water in the hub
-Yes I did degrease the bearings and apply new grease
-No I did not convert to oil (despite intending too - please refer to above Master3 Miss1 limitations)
-Yes I did install an RTRC3511
-Yes I did install a second RTC3511 when I punched the first one too deep
-No I did not measure the bearing endfloat (unless you classify “vibe of the thing” as measurement”
-Yes I did convert from the stake nut and spacer to twin nut setup (components bought 2017)
-Yes I did install the HD Drive flanges that have also been in a bag since 2017
-Yes I did pop the other side and change out the flange
-No I did not go deeper than flange on passenger side
-Yes the brake pads were in technical terms “at usable limits (if one includes metal backing as brake lining material that is)” so I flicked in a set of pads I think I also bought in 2017

    And finally (the creeper bit)
Yup I did think of you back in what would it have been 2011 or something in 30 plus heat 100% humidity in Cooktown knocking out some wheel bearings with insufficient beer ...

    Dont know why just did

    Have a cracker

to this day, the sight of a red v8 rangie or anything that looks close tends to make me stop, loose focus and just, stare, usually whispering, "why......."
