1 wont give up on this

3 complaints to the council over 2 months and nothing. i need to pass this 2 times a week l with my wheel chair. they had the owner cut it once before to the ground within a month its back. I threatened to take things in to my own hands and they said not to. I cant leave the concrete with the chair l have at present. especially good after its raining , just love the wet feel as l brush past.

I’ll lend you a hedge trimmer and you can cable tie it to the chair. That stuff grows like weed.

Just the kero would probably do, kill it off, or spray it with roundup as you pass next. Problem solved.

That would be a PITA Mario. Have you tried asking the owner? Oddly council is often the slow way as they are often frightened of chatting with people over complaints.

Add a complaint to your councilor about inaction by the council staff to deal with the obstruction stir the pot as well. That often gets a prompt response once the council CEO starts barking

If being nice doesn't work most supermarkets sell roundup premixed in a convenient size to carry
