    6 weeks to go!

    Another 6 weeks and we're off on the CSR, The D3 is in to have the front bar fitted with the hydraulic winch off the RR, a full length roof rack and bought home the Oz Tent tonight.
    Now into the detailled planning..........GPS programming, alcohol quantities, food requirements, alcohol quantities, and what beer, port and wine may be needed.
    Just hope the weather is good and the D3 is all it seems to be

    Sounds like a great trip Richard.... I'm not really green....

    I could be completely wrong.... but I think there are parts of the CSR that are in aboriginal land where you cannot take alcohol.... so may be worth checking..

    Anyway.. have a great trip....

    and don't forget...... without pics it didn't happen...

    Our simpson trip was like that... good fun but a overload of new things. I know the next one we will enjoy a lot more now that we know what is and isn't important

    Just keep the alcohol out of site and your vehicle locked when travelling through the aboriginal reserves and it should not be an issue.
