Tragic losses: which performer do you miss most?

Toughie, as we all have them. I could start the ball rolling with about 20, but that's not fair, so I'll say Karen Carpenter, as V8Ian and I had an exchange about her. But I reckon there are heaps more.
But, who says it has to be about music? What do you think?

Funny you should mention Karen. I looked this one up earlier in the week : Karen Carpenter Drum Solo - 1976 First Television Special - YouTube

For me overall, probably Jim Henson, Spike Milligna (the famous typing error) and Tim Brooke Taylor.

Musically, it's a toss up between Buddy Rich and Malcolm Young.

    "...My my, hey hey
Rock and roll is here to stay
    It's better to burn out
    Than to fade away
    My my, hey hey

    Out of the blue
    And into the dark
    They give you this,
    But you pay for that
    And once you're gone,
    You can never come back
When you're out of the blue
    And into the black...."
