    If you want to really appreciate Valentines Day ... I suggest y'all get 'yerselves a Japanese partner!

    And yes!! I was enlightened with quite intricate detail on the customary 14th March practice, and what is expected in return.

    Totally agree re the commercialisation of it all, but it makes the world go 'round, folks make $s, most of it makes no ยข's but it keeps the peeps pacified and happy to an extent .. so on and on it continues.

    'Christmas and KFC' in Japan sounds hilarious as a cultural tradition ... so for Christmas Day, we went searching high and low for any KFC that may be open anywhere in the Melbourne metropolitan area .. result was zip!
