I had the same problem witha couple of cars here. I can smell that stale petrol just from your description. There is no way I'd be putting it in anythign (short of maybe a 2stroke victa)..... To much of a risk you'll varnish the intake valves up.
I just poured all of my dodgy (STINKY) petrol over the bonfire here. I doubt its very flammable. certainly don't pour it anywhere near your house... that stuff STINKS for weeks.
If I had 60litres of it, I'd just pour it into the oil return drum at the transfer station. Its so stale, its not going to be a danger or explosive. The car sitting behind me right now, has such stale fuel, I feel sick whenever I'm near it (if you shake the car around). There is probably nothign really left in its tank though. it'll be all evaporated off from 20year of sitting
