So we brought out the old Teac 34 cm TV to replace it. Hmm, can't find the remote. No worries, we'll do it by pressing the button on the front.
Nope, whilst we can switch it into standby mode with the front panel switch, it won't switch on without the remote. OK. We'll buy a multipurpose remote. Nope. Of the ones we tried, about the only TVs they won't work with are Teac. :mad:
