Possibly a ... witty one ?
Here's a couple of links to kosher Studies, for general interest.
I thought these would be pertinent for us, mainly 'cos we's a higher proportion of Senior Flatulences with the OdD co-morbidity....and the Death-Jab is possibly deemed not suitable for YOUR body.....
All about the value of getting Vitamin D up into OPTIMUM levels so as to support our immune systems to the point of (a) Resisting infection, and (b) emergency - but effective - use when Things Go Seriously South.

Vitamin D and early treatment vs. the COVID Vaccine Juggernaut - by Robin Whittle - Nutrition Matters
This is the main one,
1mg
oral calcifediol immediately repletes 25-hydroxyvitamin D, for
COVID-19, sepsis, Kawasaiki disease, Mulitisystem Inflammatory Disorder
etc. - now calcifediol is available via online ordernig, without need
of prescription
Bottom line:- It's not difficult to get the levels UP to therapeutic/ useful numbers, by using OTC oral supps. Dr Tony Faucci takes 5,000IU of D3 per day, and has done for a long time. THIS is likely the reason he's not been knocked off by NIAH's flu...
Instructive was a question posed to a few Doctors at a hospital I enjoyed recently. Never mind about Wuhan Flu, they couldn't tell me anything about the need for D, for the Immune System. Simply did NOT have any knowledge, useful or not.
Once again, it's up to the pt for find out what needs to known... and 'sule' your quack in the Right Direction.![]()
I'd imagine a person's immune system is one derivative of many generations of ancestry and is quite effective against threats when it's 'nourished' adequately and exposed to ancestral threats.
Where a novel virus has most likely crossed at least one other. non-human species from the original host source to humans, in a location that most of us in OZ have no genetic ancestry, I thought I'd do the best for myself and have my AZ second shot today.

Not all of the published research is wildly enthusiastic about Vitamin D.
The conclusion is often
Can vitamin D protect against the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)? - Mayo ClinicThere isn't enough data to recommend use of vitamin D to prevent infection with the virus that causes COVID-19 or to treat COVID-19, according to the National Institutes of Health and the World Health Organization.
or
Vitamin D | COVID-19 Treatment Guidelines
- There is insufficient evidence to recommend either for or against the use of vitamin D for the prevention or treatment of COVID-19.
The fact that many patients dying from Covid have Vitamin D deficiency is not evidence that their death was caused or made more likely by that deficiency. Obese and elderly people are often Vitamin D deficient. Obese and elderly patients are more vulnerable. Many of the studies of the benefits of Vitamin D have not considered the possibility that their deaths were largely because of their age and/or obesity.
It seems pretty clear that the jury is still out.
You might argue that it can't do any harm to just take a vitamin supplement, but that is not true and the worry is that someone who is completely sold on Vitamin D as a magic bullet may reject other beneficial treatments or they may think they don't need to bother with precautions that have been shown to reduce risk.
Or as one article explained
It’s important that people are not falsely reassured by vitamin D supplements, and guidance must stress the importance of hand hygiene, face coverings, physical distancing, and vaccination against covid-19 in culturally and linguistically appropriate campaigns through local community groups.

Just so I don't give the /(have given) the Rrong Impression, I completely support your decision. For You. NO discrimination or criticism implied.
My aim is... (seeing as all the current jabs actually program/cause the immune system to 'DO Something',) - to support, nourish, , encourage, give a pay-rise to... so it can work betterer
I am quite concerned about "living with corona virus".
My family and I have done all we can do to participate in virus control measures.
In about 8 weeks this is all going to be shattered.
Borders are going to be opened and the onslaught will begin from south and international.
The Gold Coast averages 10 million tourists each year.
Of these , how many will be "clean"?
Why does our govt want us to be infected and have hundreds of new infections and many deaths everyday in this beautiful clean state?
It's not ok , is it?
I had my 2nd AZ over three months ago and spend a lot of time in the sun (D).
Since that time, I have not contracted Covid so, going by the rationale of some of the posts here, the vaccine and vitamin D must work!![]()
'sit bonum tempora volvunt'
The harsh reality is either Qld needs to remain ever more isolated or "get dirty". Staying isolated is probably unrealistic in the long term. An interesting consideration would be that given the sustained lack of propagation of the virus from multiple outbreaks in Qld the state may actually be in a much better position from an infection perspective than its southern neighbors.
