    Well, then it happened...
Dr Kerryn Phelps calls for more vaccine injury research | news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site

Somehow, this has altered her opinion and confidence in said jabbbbs.

---I'm told social media(s, ?). are not being kind to her.

    Just a moment...

It really hasn't. She's been both preaching and balancing the risk from the get-go and has always called for more research into the current and future vaccines given our limited understanding of the virus. She has continuously called for transparency and freer discussion of both sides of the vaccine debate (and I don't even like her!).

Anyone who says otherwise is either selectively quoting to achieve a specific misinformed outcome, has not been listening and just parroting agenda driven news outlets or is simply incapable of understanding what she's saying.

Oh, and the whole "jabbbbs" thing just makes you sound like a loon. Either take it seriously, or step back and let the growns ups have a mature discussion.

My folks came down with it a week and a bit ago. Due to dads susceptibility they put them both on the retro-virals as soon as they returned positive tests which certainly reduced the severity of the symptoms for both of them.

I happened to be having a chat to an experienced Nurse last week, and she said "warn them about the 10 day bounce". Without researching it, I did.
Sure as eggs, at day 6 both tested negative and were feeling great. By day 10 they'd both started to experience much less severe symptoms and were positive again.

An interesting oddity of suppressing the viral load. So less severe, but longer infection period. They'll miss Christmas with the rest of us, but then again it hasn't killed Dad so we can celebrate it later.

I had my 4th vax recently and it was okay, a sore arm for a day or two and a bruise at the injection site, Moderna (bivalent) this time as last time I seemed to have a bad reaction to the Pfizer and struggled to eat properly for weeks, and sleep for months.

I agree with Dr Kerryn Phelps calls for more vaccine injury research | news.com.au — Australia’s leading news site as my doctor said they don't class it as a bad reaction unless someone is hospitalised.

Such as ? POTUS Biden? Or Trump (!). or the very knowledgable Dr Fauci ? UK's or our health Ministers ? AHPRA. and TGA ? - (Notice what the latter has just done...).
Now if you had suggested Sweden, or Japan for a Grown UP reaction to covid...

I take it VERY. seriously, to the point of sacrificing a job which, at this end of life, IS worth more than it's weight in gold.... but only I'f I'm alive AND healthy enough to enjoy it,- a.k.a. Personal Risk Assessment of the Facts - not Fears.

Yep, I put my money where my mouth is...

Oh, two similar aged colleagues who faithfully took all the mandated jabs, , have had bouts of covid. Both were in annoyingly Good Health, and, despite me carrying more 'serious' risk factors, & exposed to the SAME environment of infected school-kids,,, I've no "POS". test or symptoms.
My Dr would prefer I had a different blood type, for his peace of mind.

I am neither an epidemiologist nor a virologist ( I wonder how many of us are ) and am therefore loathe to comment on this thread, as any comment I make about the virus is merely uneducated opinion.

I am, however, something of a student of human nature, and one thing I have observed is just how divisive the subject of Covid is. The condescension and intolerance displayed towards those of differing opinions, particularly by those whose position here means they should know better, is manifest, and frankly disturbing.

I have argued previously that, due to it's political and almost religious nature, this topic is one that should be in CA. Nothing I have read here changes that opinion.

Civility costs nothing. Smug condescension seems to me to prove the user has no real argument.

They might have found the 4% gene that may have caused the blood clots for the Astra zucchini. Some Aussie Scientist as well About 4% of the population apparently yet less than 1% were impacted so other issues seemed to bite those that got clots! read it over breakfast this morning and cannot find it now- DOH Perhaps I was dreaming
