We got a Sony about 18months ago (on special at Big W)
YouTube, Netflix etc. etc.
Regularly have issues with it, like no picture, loses channels etc. Disconnect power for a few minutes & reconnect seems to fix it.
Had to get onto their technical support at one point, turned out we hadn't got the latest software ! Updated the software, re-programmed the stations I didn't want and it was OK for a while.
TV's used to be a simple device that you plugged in and they just worked for 20+ years, now I'm sure it's sending back info on everything we watch.....
