Yep its all a big conspiracy to keep the masses out of the Landy's. Only those who have been vetted by the British secret service are allowed to buy them.

The thing is when land rover have a problem they let everyone know so it can be fixed they just tell cruiser owners when/if they come in for a service so it doesnt get out and spoil toyotas wonderful name. Matt

But don't you all know that according to there owners Toyota's and nissan's don't break down they are just having a rest and some servicing Land rovers are unreliable however "I see you got the landy in the workshop again" , "yeah oil change and service" , "Yeah there pretty unreliable arn't they" ,what the!!!!.
My father went through two transfer case's a gearbox and a diff and a turbo in 5yrs on a cruiser but still thinks toyotas are reliable it's brainwashing. I've done nearly 40,000k's since 12th december and it's cost me $6 for a fuel return line. But Landy's are so unreliable????

Work bought 6 or so 100 Series Cruisers. Three died on the training day!!!! The guy that had the training contract lost it for being so harsh on the vehicles (taking them 4WDing). He followed up with an enquiry to the Conservation Dept, who also used them, they'd killed 6.

Toyota repaired & modified the damaged vehicles, but wouldn't issue a recall to modify other 100 series'. I don't suppose anyone else really buys them for 4WDing!!!

When ever people bagged my Landy, they always compared my 30 year old car with a new Land Cruiser. I suppose there weren't any older cruisers to compare it to.

Give me a Land Rover any day.

Me too,,, I was born here,, but my dad opened a vein to make sure it flowed green...

Couldn't mention the land grabbing, job stealing, fame claiming, inbred remnants of Rome,, from down south,,,, without him starting to steam and froth. (his words,, I wouldn't say that nowadays, it would probably have me locked up as a racist terrorist)

He almost dis-owned me when I married a pom, Now I drive a pommie car..
