we used to get a big charge on the eastern distributor when we were in the ML320 with the dog washing trailer on, but my ute doesn't get a big charge, standard price for LRYOOT.

I coped the $7.50 charge last year on the M5. With the car trailer they flatly stated that due to the length it was a truck. At least I could claim it.

Thank goodness in Adelaide, we only have the Heysen Tunnels on the M1 (National Highway 1) so no tolls.

That is why I love the country. Paying to drive on a road that you have already paid taxes to build is bulldust. Same as tollways and paying to park. If I was you guys I would organise a big protest of a couple of thousand cars and block the bloody things and refuse to pay the tool. Send a clear message to your local member that we are not America and will not pay extra for basic services. Vote your local member out and find a cnadidate to get elected using this as a forum. If everybody refused to pay it instead of following the lead like sheep bound for the middle east, the government and toll operator would be stuffed. I had a parking fine a few years ago for parking over the time limit in a 2hr zone by about 15mins while shopping in an area of 20-30 empty parks, that were empty during this time and later. I told them to stick their fine and never heard anything again.
Oops that may be interpreted as subversive by Big Brother.
