Comparison
Hello all.
Having stepped out of the occasional aeroplane, up to a point I have drawn the same comparison as buying a new Disco/Rangie.
1. You step out of the plane and free fall. You buy a Disco/Rangie, drive it out of the dealers and the price free falls.
2. After the fall, you open the chute and glide to a soft landing. In a Disco/Rangie, the chute fails to open and the price continues to fall faster than a fat chick can get through courses at an all you can eat 'buffet'.
Now, my point is this. I am in the market for a second hand Disco/Rangie. I am a happy camper as there is a smorgesbord of choice out there at prices that seem to be getting better (from a buyers perspective) by the day!!

too true!
you could buy a 90's model landy for say 8-18grand or
you could buy an 80's model toyo for the same price and get 2-3times the amount of k's and rust
and nowhere near the amount of personality that the landy has!
