    GOOD NEWS FOR WESTERN AUSTRALIA

So, the PM has just announced the granting of the new Nuclear submarines to be built in Henderson in Western Australia.

Priority is construction of a new dry dock facility to support the building phase which he claims will initiate '23/'24.

the roll on effect of this will continue well past 2050 and a bigger support base will grow than is already there for the seven warships already under construction.

I probably won't be alive by the time these submarines are completed but I really hope the PM at that time can say nuclear instead.of nucular.

I gritted my teeth every time he said nucular in his address today. Is there no one in his cabinet with the guts to correct him when he's saying it to millions of people?

MR MORRISON, IT'S NUCLEAR , N-U-C-L-E-A-R , NUCLEAR. How can we teach the children?

That's a cool idea. N Subs near a Hydrogen pyrolysis and Garden Island is a very good fit. I wonder if we could also get a Green direct induction Hydrogen Steel works for the site

I had thought Port Kembla would get it. Sorry NSW WA is a much better fit despite the mispronunciation I didn't hear any way

Add in all the hard working Austal Shipping crew and work force is in good hands

They probably won't be finished until 2100 at this rate.

    GOOD NEWS FOR WESTERN AUSTRALIA

A while ago in the forties when there was some global International disagreement between governments about who was running what and where there were 3 fleet submarine bases - Pearl Harbour, Fremantle and Brisbane. While probably not much good for nuclear subs the Brisbane facility was only demolished in the late nineties
