Some of my pet hates are "Change out",and "Called me up"
I think these come from the younger generation watching too many American TV shows.
Those sayings definitely were not around years ago.

Yep - could of, would of, should of learned basic spelling and grammar.
And the one that I see more than once every day - "defiantly" where they really mean "definitely".
Some people (often on facebook) try so hard to use big words that they just don't realize how bloody stupid they are coming across as.
People/companies don't contact/call someone these days, they "reach out" to them.

I was standing up at a meeting a few days ago and I was told to "take a seat" ............ they were nice seats so I picked one up and started walking off with it!
