Depends on the D1. Mine has a driver's bag. I believe they were an option, but if fitted they have to work, at least in Vic.

Nope, don't have an airbag in my D1. But I do have one over at my in-laws.

Mine is a '96 and has two airbags one each side. But mine is red, so it needs it :)
