In contrast our CR-V (first gen) was a doddle - bigger, squarer doors that opened to a wide angle, didn't have to bend over to load him in, more vertical and horizontal space in there too. Falcodores worked for families for generations - They wouldn’t have been 1 and 2 for decades had they not - I never had issues with the baby capsule in either as I’ve had both when we had kids. The only car that was a PITA with a capsule was the 2 door Torana - but I put up with it because I loved the car.
