    Daughter's graduation

Today we attended the graduation of our eldest daughter. She got her degree in Speech and Language Therapy. When she was born, it was in June. Aptly enough we gave her the middle name of Summer but in Irish, so her middle name is Samhradh. (Pronounced SOU-RAH). So there on her degree certificate is her full name with Samhradh included.

Thank goodness she inherited her looks from mum, rather than dad.

Well I was going to say that she obviously inherited her brains and looks from me but I see that that won't wash! Anyway sometimes she is the only "Summer" we see.

As my daughter is home this weekend for her graduation parking was at a premium on the homestead. As I was also putting stuff in the shed, well you can see for your self. P.S. The front garden does not have that big of a slope. Must get the Mrs to get her centre of gravity checked as she took the photos

Too much Guinness that day? All of you leaning to the left.

    Congratulations to Summer.

Congrats all round. I have been through this myself and it is a very proud moment for mum and dad and a great achievement for your daughter.

Reward at last for a lot of hard work.

Jeez, I'm bloody jealous of all those Landrovers at your place.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
