We'll all be rooned says Hanrahan
Used this heading to catch the eye of all the bush poets ,especially JD.
After all these years living in Australia, I have found today that there exists a place called Timor and Timor Valley.
So I posed the question to my co pilot, "I wonder if Mr Paterson, was referring to this area when describing the small and weedy beast ".
It really makes more sense than a horse with a touch of Indonesian blood, which is what I had thought previously, because this Timor Valley would be good horse country
And yes l realise The Bard didn't write Hanrahan.

Timor is a tiny little town on the bus route from Dunolly via Bet Bet to Marybourgh. Not to far from Bung Bong
A mate of mine has a farm in East of Timor.
It is 'Rooned' in some people's eyes and very Beautiful in others.
