I've mentioned the Kinchrome outlet shop in the past.
Prices have steadily increased but worth a visit if you're near Scoresby.
They often have a few real bargains. Today I saw 7/16 AF and 18mm combination spanners at $1 each.
Plenty of toolboxes.
Loads of Supertool sockets, Imperial $2 each or 10 for $10.
3 Lakeview Drive, Scoresby. Entry is a door from the carpark.
Another one worth a visit (I've seen someone mention in on AULRO in the past) is the South East Clearance Centre in Braeside.
Load of Rustoleum paint, rattle cans & tins, tools, fishing tackle.
New stock regularly arriving.
Got a box of 1000 pop rivets the other day for $5 (yes, maybe I'll never use all of them !).
South East Clearance Centre - 242 Boundary Road, Braeside Vic | South East Clearance Centre
It's in a short service road so parking can be an issue some days.

Thanks, Colin. I've certainly been to the Kinchrome one, but didn't know of the Braeside mob.
