Thread: Courier in Sydney

Gday All,

Does anyone of a service in sydney that will pick up from a residential address and deliver to a freight company depot ? I need to get 5 boxes with rims in them moved

I have had a couple of bad experiences with them. First time we were home when they came & just left card on letter box stating we were not home, call to arrange delivery. When I called was told they were too busy to deliver & i should PU, When I refused said could be another month before delivery, I just kept calling them every day until they got sick of me calling, took about 2 weeks then they left it when we were not home. Second time instructions were to place at front door where it couldn't be seen from road. I received a message stating it had been delivered, I looked everywhere for it. About 1hr later I called them after checking about 3 times, I was told it box was in the garage where I had already checked, so went outside only to find it sitting in the middle of the driveway & not in the garage as they said. So in the time I was on the phone with them it was delivered & not at the time they sent me the message which was over 1he earlier.
