Ok so a friend of mine is taking part in the Simpson Desert Bike Challenge (Simpson Desert Bike Challenge – The ride of your life) and has asked If I'd go as support IAW the tagline I've said yes. (There may have been some voulenteering)
To that end, Its a fundraiser for the Royal Flying Doctors Service in short order I'll be putting up the event on my work pages and taking a couple of weeks off to go take the trip. If theres anyone who wants go have a go at it (theres a limit of 40 riders) as I'm already going if you're interested in going I'm happy to run as your support.. Far more importantly.
It's to support the RFDS, I'll be bucking for donations in the very near future and as the event gets closer. (officially 01-05 october)
