    Nice paint job. I think that is the same bloke that posted a video about it some time ago, either when he first got it, or when he restored it. As he says: only arounf 600 of them built.

    So what's the story of a 2WD Series 1?

    I've never heard of them, not that I'm any authority on Series 1s

    The British military wanted a 2wd vehicle for on base duties. They had 4wd landies already on their books, so had the parts supply etc already sorted. So asked for 2wd versions for common parts supply etc with their fleet.
